Mentoring
A program that allows students to engage with senior nurses in their 3rd to 6th year of practice who are successfully adapting and working in their fields of interest. Through this program, students can hear practical and firsthand insights on topics such as work, leisure, overcoming challenges, and ward relationships between junior and senior nurses.
- Participants : Students and faculty from the three campuses of the Catholic University of Korea

Neulpum
An event designed to help nursing students explore career paths by inviting alumni who are active in various fields outside of clinical practice to meet and share experiences. Following the event, a “Night of Nursing Students” is held to promote fellowship among nursing students.

Career Counseling with Academic Advisors
Students can consult with their assigned 4th-year academic advisor regarding employment. Support is also provided for recommendation letters and other requirements related to job applications.

Employment Special Lecture Program
Special lectures are offered to nursing students, covering topics from basic strategies for successful employment to differentiated strategies for writing resumes, personal statements, and performing well in interviews.
