START Center
Established in 2005, the START Center for Medical Simulation at the Catholic University of Korea provides medical students with education to develop essential clinical skills through the use of standardized patients, procedural models, and patient simulators. The Center also develops and operates a wide range of simulation training programs to enhance the competencies of healthcare professionals. In collaboration with academic societies, it continues to expand its educational programs. In addition, the Center actively engages in simulation-based research, standardized patient training, educator development, and community health education and outreach activities.
